Functional Description
The Termination Base Unit (TBU850) is an active base unit that receives and conditions the analog signals for
use by the MPM810. It contains the power and field I/O terminals, Profibus communication connectors, serial
interface ports, and relay output terminals.
The TBU850 can be mounted on a standard DIN rail. It has a mechanical latch to lock the TBU850 to the DIN
rail. The latch can be released with a screwdriver.
