Description

IS200TREAH1A is an emergency trip terminal board that is compatible with the Mark VIe turbine control system. It is used in conjunction with the WREA sub-card and the turbine I/O module to serve as a hub for transferring signals such as on-site speed measurement, trip circuits, and emergency stop signals. It collects on-site signals such as tooth disc rotation pulses, trip circuit voltages, and external emergency stop contacts, and transmits them uniformly to the protection computing unit for interlock judgment.

The board integrates multiple pulse collection, voltage detection, and a three-out-of-two solid-state trip output circuit. It is compatible with gas and steam turbine generator safety protection cabinets and supports multi-axis speed monitoring and multi-level hard trip circuits. The terminal module is modular and detachable, facilitating on-site wiring, maintenance, and fault troubleshooting. It can adapt to the wide-temperature operation environment of industrial cabinets for a long time.
