Description

IS200TREAS1A is a dedicated emergency trip terminal board for aircraft retrofit machines, which is compatible with the IS220YPROS1A safety backup protection I/O module of GE Mark VIeS safety turbine control system. It is used in conjunction with the WREAS sub-card and is responsible for collecting on-site hard-wired signals such as the turbine speed pulse, trip circuit voltage, and external emergency stop contacts. After signal processing, it transmits the signals to the protection module for safety interlock calculation.

The board integrates multiple passive speed measurement acquisition, DC circuit monitoring, and three-out-of-two solid-state trip output circuits. It adopts a plug-in terminal structure and is compatible with the safety control cabinet of aircraft retrofit gas turbines. It has complete loop fault diagnosis capabilities and wide-temperature surface-mounted hardware that can withstand the harsh temperature variations and electromagnetic interference environment of industrial cabinets for a long time.
