Description

GSI127-021 (serial number 244-127-000-021 A2-B01) is a dedicated electrical isolation signal conditioning unit for the online monitoring system of rotating machinery. It is used in conjunction with various vibration, pressure, and speed sensors, achieving electrical isolation between the on-site sensing equipment and the monitoring cabinet, eliminating ground loop interference, and standardizing the conversion of weak current measurement signals. It is widely used in power plant, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries for the state monitoring links of large-scale power equipment such as steam turbines, compressors, and fans.

This isolation module has explosion-proof compatible specifications. It is installed using standard DIN rail snap-in style, with 24V DC low-power supply. It provides an internal high-voltage electrical isolation barrier to block signal distortion caused by on-site grid noise and common-mode voltages of equipment. It supports stable long-distance high-frequency sensing signal transmission, has high signal conversion accuracy, and can directly replace the old isolation units of the same series without modifying the cabinet wiring. It continuously ensures the accurate upload of process measurement data such as vibration, displacement, and pressure to the monitoring system.
