Description

IOC4Mk2 (Material 600-043) is a rear-mounted IO interface card for the second-generation unit protection. It must be used in pairs with the MPC4Mk2 computing card and is installed in the corresponding rear slot of the rack. It is responsible for receiving the raw signals from on-site sensors such as vibration, eddy current, and rotational speed, completing signal conversion, line protection, and sensor power supply output. At the same time, it undertakes the front-end analog conversion acquisition work, and transmits the regular signals through the backplane high-speed bus to the front-end computing card.

The module integrates analog transmitters, alarm relays, digital control interfaces, and rear network ports. It can output standard process signals of 4-20mA/0-10V, provides multiple alarm switch contacts and external reset, bypass control terminals. The non-volatile memory inside the card can save the entire machine configuration and supports hot-swapping automatic adaptation. It is compatible with steam turbine units, compressors, and other equipment safety protection complete cabinets.

Built-in configuration storage, automatically synchronizes the entire machine parameters after hot plugging without resetting.
