Description

MPC4 (part number 200-510-017-019) is a dedicated protection main control card for 4-channel units. It must be used in conjunction with IOC4T terminal card as a complete set. It is equipped with a DSP digital computing chip, independently processing 4 channels of vibration, position movement signals, and 2 channels of rotational speed key signal. It supports multi-dimensional parameter calculations such as filtering, order tracking, RMS / peak value, etc., and can real-time determine the operational risks of the unit. 

The module is equipped with an online diagnostic mechanism for all channels of sensors, which can identify abnormalities such as broken wires and probe failures. Each channel supports two levels of warning and danger programmable thresholds. Combined with delay, hysteresis, and voting alarm logic, when an anomaly occurs, it outputs an interlock signal to trigger the protection shutdown of the unit, and is widely used in safety protection cabinets for key rotating equipment such as steam turbines, compressors, and generators.
